- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive customer acquisition and increase market share
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and target potential customers through various channels, including digital and traditional marketing efforts
- Utilize data and analytics to identify trends and opportunities for customer acquisition and retention
- Monitor and analyze results of customer acquisition campaigns and make recommendations for improvement
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer acquisition to continuously improve strategies
- Manage relationships with key partners and vendors to support customer acquisition efforts
- Provide regular updates and reports on customer acquisition performance to senior management
- Mentor and train junior team members on customer acquisition strategies and processes
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote our brand and expand our network
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from acquisition to onboarding
- Continuously evaluate and improve customer acquisition processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business, Marketing, Economics, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Customer Acquisition Strategy Or Related Field, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry
Strong Analytical Skills And Ability To Interpret Data To Drive Strategic Decisions
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With Experience Presenting To Senior Leadership
Proven Track Record Of Developing And Executing Successful Customer Acquisition Strategies And Driving Business Growth.
