• Develop and implement strategies to ensure the resilience and continuity of our securities services business in the face of potential risks and disruptions
• Collaborate with global teams to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities and develop proactive mitigation plans
• Conduct regular risk assessments and business impact analyses to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of risk mitigation strategies and make recommendations for adjustments as needed
• Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and best practices related to business resiliency and incorporate them into our policies and procedures
• Communicate with internal stakeholders, including senior management, to provide updates on the status of resilience efforts and address any concerns or questions
• Identify and implement opportunities for streamlining processes and driving efficiencies within the securities services business
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in business resiliency efforts across the organization
• Train and educate employees on business resiliency best practices and procedures
• Serve as a subject matter expert on business resiliency, providing guidance and support to other teams within the organization as needed.
