- Manage and oversee media relations, including drafting press releases, coordinating media interviews, and responding to media inquiries.
- Create and maintain a database of media contacts and track media coverage and metrics to measure the success of communication efforts.
- Plan and execute media events, such as press conferences and media tours, to showcase the organization's initiatives and achievements.
- Develop and manage budgets for media and market support initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and competitor activities to inform communication strategies.
- Provide support and guidance to regional teams on communication best practices and messaging.
- Ensure compliance with company branding and messaging guidelines in all communication materials.
- Handle crisis communication and issues management as needed.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to gather information and insights for communication efforts.
- Stay current on emerging communication tools and technologies, and recommend innovative ways to enhance the organization's communication efforts.
- Manage and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills.
Bachelor's Degree In Communications, Marketing, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Media Relations And Market Support.
