In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing our brand presence and reputation in the marketplace through strategic media and market support initiatives. We are looking for someone who is highly organized, has strong project management skills, and can effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.   1. Develop and execute strategic communication plans to enhance brand presence and reputation in the marketplace.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with key media outlets and stakeholders to ensure positive coverage and messaging.
  3. Monitor and analyze media and market trends, providing insights and recommendations to inform communication strategies.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging across all channels.
  5. Manage and oversee media relations, including drafting press releases, coordinating media interviews, and responding to media inquiries.
  6. Create and maintain a database of media contacts and track media coverage and metrics to measure the success of communication efforts.
  7. Plan and execute media events, such as press conferences and media tours, to showcase the organization's initiatives and achievements.
  8. Develop and manage budgets for media and market support initiatives.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and competitor activities to inform communication strategies.
  10. Provide support and guidance to regional teams on communication best practices and messaging.
  11. Ensure compliance with company branding and messaging guidelines in all communication materials.
  12. Handle crisis communication and issues management as needed.
  13. Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to gather information and insights for communication efforts.
  14. Stay current on emerging communication tools and technologies, and recommend innovative ways to enhance the organization's communication efforts.
  15. Manage and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
