  1. Develop and execute strategic communication plans to support regional media and market initiatives.
  2. Monitor and analyze media and market trends to inform communication strategies.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure messaging is aligned with company goals and values.
  4. Create compelling and impactful messaging for various media channels, including press releases, social media, and marketing materials.
  5. Build and maintain relationships with key media outlets and influencers in the region.
  6. Manage and coordinate all regional media inquiries and requests.
  7. Work closely with leadership to identify and address potential communication challenges and opportunities.
  8. Plan and execute media events and press conferences to promote company initiatives and achievements.
  9. Develop and maintain a crisis communication plan to effectively handle any potential issues.
  10. Track and report on the success of communication initiatives, utilizing data and metrics to inform future strategies.
  11. Mentor and oversee a team of communication professionals, providing guidance and support when needed.
  12. Ensure all communication materials and activities comply with company policies and branding guidelines.
  13. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in regional media and market communications.
  14. Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, promoting diversity and inclusion within the team.
  15. Represent the organization at industry events and conferences, serving as a spokesperson for the company when necessary.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Communications, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
