- Develop and implement strategies for managing and optimizing reference data products.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of reference data across all systems and processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data requirements.
- Monitor industry trends and best practices in reference data management to continuously improve processes and systems.
- Identify and resolve data quality issues in a timely manner.
- Develop and maintain documentation and standard operating procedures for reference data processes.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and data providers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of reference data.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and provide solutions to meet those needs.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews of reference data to ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.
- Train and mentor team members on reference data management best practices.
- Proactively identify and address data risks and issues.
- Develop and track key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of reference data processes.
- Participate in project planning and execution related to reference data initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in reference data management.
- Collaborate with technology teams to implement new reference data products and systems.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide regular updates on reference data management activities.
- Lead and participate in cross-functional meetings and working groups related to reference data.
- Manage budgets and resources allocated to reference data projects.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Continuously assess and improve reference data processes to drive operational efficiency and enhance customer experience.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Finance, Economics, Or Computer Science.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Product Management, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Reference Data And Its Role In Financial Operations And Risk Management.
Experience With Data Management Systems And Tools, Such As Bloomberg Or Reuters, And Knowledge Of Industry Regulations And Standards.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Manage Projects.
