  1. Develop and drive the strategy for real-time payments product offerings, in line with the overall business objectives and market demands.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technology, operations, sales, and marketing, to ensure the successful development and launch of new products.
  3. Conduct market research and analysis to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends, and use this information to inform product decisions.
  4. Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and gather feedback, ensuring that their needs are reflected in the product roadmap.
  5. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the real-time payments market, including regulations, standards, and emerging technologies, to inform product strategy and development.
  6. Define product requirements and create detailed product specifications, providing clear and concise direction to the development team.
  7. Manage the product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality products.
  8. Conduct regular reviews and analysis of product performance, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations for enhancements and new features.
  9. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership, to provide updates on product development, performance, and future plans.
  10. Act as a subject matter expert on real-time payments, providing support and guidance to colleagues and clients as needed.
  11. Keep abreast of industry developments and best practices in product management, incorporating them into the product strategy and processes.
  12. Drive a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, encouraging and supporting new ideas and initiatives within the team.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Product Management, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.

  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business, Finance, Or Related Field.

  • In-Depth Understanding Of Real-Time Payments Landscape, Including Knowledge Of Industry Trends And Emerging Technologies.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Launching And Managing Payments Products.

  • Strong Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Lead Cross-Functional Teams And Drive Product Development From Ideation To Launch.
