  9. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to leverage their expertise and resources in quantum computing.
  10. Continuously improve and optimize quantum computing processes and workflows to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  11. Train and mentor junior members of the Quantum Computing Research group.
  12. Adhere to company policies and regulations related to data security and confidentiality.
