  1. Lead and manage various technology projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, within budget and meeting all quality standards.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and business analysts to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  3. Utilize technical expertise to guide and support project teams in making important decisions and resolving technical issues.
  4. Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring that projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
  5. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans to minimize their impact.
  6. Communicate project progress, updates, and potential roadblocks to stakeholders at all levels, including senior management.
  7. Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting effective communication and problem-solving.
  8. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry standards and best practices.
  9. Continuously monitor and evaluate project performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
  10. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in technology, providing recommendations for implementation within the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Computer Science Or Engineering.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Preferably In A Technical Role.

  • Expertise In Project Execution Methodologies And Tools Such As Agile And Scrum.

  • Strong Technical Background And Understanding Of Software Development Processes.
