  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of programmatic media buying strategies with overall marketing objectives.
  3. Utilize expertise in programmatic media buying to drive the success of digital advertising campaigns.
  4. Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics to continuously optimize and improve campaign performance.
  5. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in programmatic media buying to inform and enhance campaign strategies.
  6. Identify and evaluate new programmatic media buying opportunities to reach target audiences and expand reach.
  7. Manage relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure efficient and effective execution of programmatic media campaigns.
  8. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members to foster their professional growth and development.
  9. Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging and impactful ad formats for programmatic media campaigns.
  10. Communicate campaign progress, results, and insights to key stakeholders and senior leadership.
  11. Proactively identify and troubleshoot any issues or discrepancies in programmatic media campaigns.
  12. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  13. Continuously seek out ways to improve and optimize programmatic media buying processes and strategies.
  14. Represent the company's brand and values in all interactions and communications.
