  1. Develop and execute programmatic media strategies to support the overall business goals of J.P. Morgan Chase & Co.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and optimization of programmatic media campaigns.
  3. Utilize cutting-edge technology and data analysis to inform media buying decisions and drive campaign performance.
  4. Monitor and analyze key metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and make data-driven recommendations.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the programmatic media strategy.
  6. Build relationships with media partners and negotiate media rates to maximize ROI.
  7. Communicate campaign performance and insights to stakeholders and senior leadership.
  8. Manage budgets and ensure efficient use of resources.
  9. Mentor and train junior team members to develop their skills and grow within the team.
  10. Take ownership of assigned projects and drive them to successful completion.
  11. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  12. Represent the Programmatic Media team in meetings and presentations with clients and stakeholders.
  13. Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  14. Maintain a strong understanding of the company's products, services, and target audience to inform media buying decisions.
  15. Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership on ways to leverage programmatic media to achieve business objectives.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Advertising, Business, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Programmatic Media Buying And Planning

  • Proficiency In Using Programmatic Media Buying Platforms, Such As Doubleclick, Adobe Advertising Cloud, Or The Trade Desk

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Use Data To Inform Media Buying Strategies

  • Excellent Communication And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Multiple Campaigns Simultaneously.
