- Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize and improve products.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders to understand their needs and gather feedback on products.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and use this knowledge to drive innovation and differentiate our products in the market.
- Lead and mentor a team of product professionals, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals and contribute to the success of the organization.
- Communicate product updates and releases to internal and external stakeholders, including providing training and support to sales and customer service teams.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Product Management, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry
Strong Understanding Of Market Trends, Customer Needs, And Competitive Landscape
Experience Developing And Executing Product Strategies, Including Product Lifecycle Management And Go-To-Market Plans
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Cross-Functionally With Teams Such As Technology, Sales, And Operations.
