Job Description

At J.P. Morgan Chase & Co., we are looking for a talented and driven individual to join our team as a Product Strategy, Product Manager.   1. Develop and implement product strategies that align with the overall goals and objectives of the organization.

  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and engineering, to ensure alignment and successful execution of product strategies.
  5. Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize features based on business value and customer needs.
  6. Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize and improve products.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders to understand their needs and gather feedback on products.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and use this knowledge to drive innovation and differentiate our products in the market.
  9. Lead and mentor a team of product professionals, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals and contribute to the success of the organization.
  10. Communicate product updates and releases to internal and external stakeholders, including providing training and support to sales and customer service teams.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Product Management, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry

  • Strong Understanding Of Market Trends, Customer Needs, And Competitive Landscape

  • Experience Developing And Executing Product Strategies, Including Product Lifecycle Management And Go-To-Market Plans

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Cross-Functionally With Teams Such As Technology, Sales, And Operations.
