- Develop and implement strategies to optimize the organization's product portfolio, in line with our mission and goals.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor products, and client needs to identify opportunities for product enhancement or development.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effective product operations, including but not limited to sales, marketing, finance, and legal.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the product portfolio, ensuring timely and accurate execution of product launches, updates, and maintenance.
- Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of the product portfolio and make data-driven decisions for future improvements.
- Develop and manage budgets for the product portfolio, ensuring profitability targets are met.
- Identify and evaluate potential risks and challenges related to the product portfolio, and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams, to gather feedback and insights for product improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure the product portfolio remains competitive and compliant.
- Lead and mentor a team of product operations professionals, fostering a collaborative, results-driven, and inclusive work environment.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Product Management Or Portfolio Operations, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Financial Products, Markets, And Industry Regulations.
Proven Track Record Of Managing And Optimizing Product Portfolios To Drive Revenue And Profitability.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Make Data-Driven Decisions.
