- Develop and drive the overall strategy for the Money Movement product line, in alignment with the company's goals and objectives.
- Lead the product development process, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, industry trends, and potential opportunities for product innovation and improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure a cohesive product roadmap and successful product launches.
- Define and prioritize product features and requirements based on customer feedback, business objectives, and market trends.
- Monitor and analyze product performance and usage data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
- Manage the product budget and resources to ensure efficient and effective use of company resources.
- Communicate product updates, progress, and metrics to stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
- Stay informed about industry developments and regulatory changes that may impact the product line, and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the product team.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Product Management, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry
Strong Understanding Of Money Movement Products, Including Ach, Wire Transfers, And Digital Payment Methods
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Launching And Managing New Products, From Concept To Launch And Ongoing Maintenance
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Drive Results In A Fast-Paced Environment.
