1. Provide exceptional customer service to high net worth clients by understanding their financial needs and offering tailored solutions.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and increase retention.
3. Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships by cross-selling products and services.
4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in financial regulations to ensure compliance.
5. Conduct thorough financial reviews and analysis for clients to identify areas for improvement and recommend appropriate solutions.
6. Collaborate with other departments such as wealth management, investment banking, and mortgage to offer comprehensive financial solutions to clients.
7. Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.
8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
9. Continuously educate clients on new products and services offered by the bank.
10. Lead and participate in networking events and other business development activities to attract new clients.
11. Act as an ambassador for J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. and represent the bank in a professional and positive manner.
