  1. Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote J.P. Morgan Chase & Co.'s payments products and services.
  2. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competition to inform marketing strategies.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation of marketing initiatives.
  4. Lead the development and execution of campaigns and promotions to increase brand awareness and drive customer acquisition.
  5. Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and maximizing return on investment.
  6. Analyze market data and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
  7. Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing recommendations for improvement.
  8. Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including product teams and sales teams.
  9. Stay informed on changes and updates in the payments industry, and adapt marketing strategies accordingly.
  10. Mentor and develop junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
  11. Represent J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. at industry events and conferences to promote our payments products and services.
  12. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to implement marketing initiatives and ensure brand consistency.
  13. Drive innovation and creativity in marketing strategies to differentiate our payments products and services from competitors.
  14. Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing initiatives.
  15. Continuously identify and implement process improvements to streamline marketing operations and increase efficiency.

Job Qualifications
