- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and meet revenue targets for the MNC division.
- Identify and target potential clients in the MNC market and build relationships to generate new business opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service and act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their unique needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and market changes to effectively advise clients and remain competitive in the market.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as product development and marketing, to develop and enhance payment solutions for MNC clients.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients, showcasing the company's services and value proposition.
- Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements are reached.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions in the company's CRM system.
- Act as a mentor and coach to junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance their performance.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand the company's presence and generate leads.

Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Sales, Preferably In The Payments Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets In A Multinational Corporation Setting.
Strong Understanding Of Global Payments Industry Trends And Regulations.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients From Diverse Backgrounds.
