  11. Mentor and train junior team members to enhance their technical skills.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures related to mainframe development and maintenance.
  13. Participate in meetings and provide updates on the status of mainframe projects.
  14. Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely delivery of mainframe projects.
  15. Continuously improve and streamline mainframe processes and workflows.
