- Lead and oversee the development and implementation of Salesforce solutions to improve and optimize the company's ecosystem.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure timely and successful delivery.
- Mentor and guide team members in Salesforce development best practices and coding standards.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and updates and recommend their implementation to enhance business processes.
- Conduct regular code reviews to maintain code quality and address any performance issues.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for Salesforce solutions and processes.
- Identify and troubleshoot any technical issues within the Salesforce platform.
- Coordinate with project managers to prioritize and deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Communicate and present project status and updates to stakeholders.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in Salesforce technology and propose new ideas and solutions to enhance the company's processes.
- Conduct training sessions for team members to enhance their Salesforce knowledge and skills.
- Collaborate with the team to continuously improve and standardize development processes and procedures.
- Take ownership of the Salesforce platform and ensure its stability, security, and scalability.
- Act as the subject matter expert for Salesforce within the company and provide guidance and support to other teams as needed.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Software Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience As A Salesforce Developer, With A Strong Understanding Of Apex, Visualforce, And Lightning Web Components.
Salesforce Certifications Such As Salesforce Certified Platform Developer Or Salesforce Certified Application Architect.
Experience Leading And Managing A Team Of Software Engineers, With A Proven Track Record Of Delivering High-Quality Solutions On Time.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders To Drive Business Objectives.
