  1. Design, implement, and maintain audiovisual systems for J.P. Morgan Chase & Co.
  2. Lead and manage a team of infrastructure engineers to ensure smooth operation of AV systems.
  3. Develop and maintain AV infrastructure standards and best practices.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AV systems with other technologies and platforms.
  5. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AV systems.
  6. Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in AV technology to continuously improve and innovate the infrastructure.
  7. Develop and manage project plans to implement new AV systems and upgrades.
  8. Conduct regular audits and assessments of AV systems to ensure compliance with security, performance, and reliability standards.
  9. Train and mentor team members on AV infrastructure and systems.
  10. Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide timely updates on project progress and system changes.
  11. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the AV infrastructure team.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience In Multimedia Av Systems: A Qualified Lead Infrastructure Engineer At J.p. Morgan Chase & Co. Should Have A Strong Background In Designing, Implementing, And Maintaining Multimedia Av Systems, Including Video Conferencing, Digital Signage, And Audio Equipment.

  • Proficiency In Network Infrastructure: An Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Network Infrastructure And Be Able To Configure And Troubleshoot Complex Network Setups To Support Multimedia Av Systems.

  • Leadership Skills: The Ability To Lead And Manage A Team Of Engineers Is Crucial For This Role. The Lead Infrastructure Engineer Should Have Experience In Project Management, Team Building, And Mentoring Junior Team Members.

  • Technical Expertise: In Addition To Multimedia Av And Network Infrastructure, The Lead Infrastructure Engineer Should Have A Diverse Technical Skill Set Including Server And Storage Systems, Virtualization, And Cloud Computing. Knowledge Of Emerging Technologies In The Industry Is Also Desirable.

  • Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills: As A Key Member Of The Infrastructure Team, The Lead Infrastructure Engineer Should Have Excellent Communication Skills To Collaborate With Other Teams And Stakeholders. This Includes The Ability To Effectively Communicate Technical Information To Non-Technical Colleagues.
