- Lead the development and delivery of integrated payables products and solutions for clients.
- Drive innovation and change within the payments landscape to enhance our product offerings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product strategy and roadmap.
- Manage the entire product development lifecycle from ideation to launch.
- Identify market trends and customer needs to inform product development.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product positioning and differentiation.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Define product requirements and specifications based on business and customer requirements.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and successful product delivery.
- Monitor and analyze product performance and make recommendations for improvements.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements for all product offerings.
- Continuously assess and improve product delivery processes and procedures.
- Mentor and develop team members to enhance their product management and project delivery skills.
- Represent J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. at industry events and conferences to showcase our integrated payables products.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Product Delivery Management, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Integrated Payables Products And Services, Including Ach, Wire Transfers, And Virtual Cards.
Strong Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Projects And Meet Tight Deadlines.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Communicate Effectively With Clients.
