- Design and develop complex and innovative technology infrastructure solutions.
- Implement and maintain infrastructure systems, including servers, storage, network, and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of infrastructure components.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Continuously monitor and optimize infrastructure performance and capacity.
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to ensure infrastructure security and compliance.
- Develop and maintain infrastructure documentation, including diagrams, procedures, and policies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement in infrastructure design and operations.
- Participate in on-call rotation and provide after-hours support as needed.
- Effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels to understand business requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Collaborate with vendors and service providers to evaluate and implement new technologies.
- Train and mentor junior team members to ensure their professional growth and development.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards to maintain a high level of quality and reliability in infrastructure services.
- Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing to ensure business continuity.
- Proactively identify and address potential infrastructure risks and issues.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Engineering, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Infrastructure Engineering Or Related Field
Strong Understanding Of Networking And Infrastructure Concepts, Including Virtualization, Cloud Computing, And Storage Systems
Proficiency In Scripting And Automation Tools Such As Python, Powershell, Or Ansible
Experience With Project Management And The Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced, High-Pressure Environment.
