  1. Design and implement complex and dynamic infrastructure solutions to support the business operations of J.P. Morgan Chase & Co.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and requirements, and develop infrastructure solutions that align with those needs.
  3. Maintain and enhance existing infrastructure systems, ensuring high availability, scalability, and performance.
  4. Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure issues, and proactively identify and resolve potential problems.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations for improving infrastructure architecture and processes.
  6. Work closely with security teams to ensure infrastructure meets all security and compliance requirements.
  7. Provide technical guidance and support to other team members and stakeholders.
  8. Develop and maintain documentation, diagrams, and procedures related to infrastructure systems.
  9. Participate in infrastructure-related projects and initiatives, and contribute to the overall success of the team.
  10. Continuously evaluate and implement new tools and technologies to improve and optimize infrastructure systems.
  11. Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and other departments to ensure smooth integration and operation of infrastructure systems.
  12. Follow change management processes and ensure all changes are properly documented and tested before implementation.
  13. Participate in on-call rotation and provide support for critical infrastructure issues.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Infrastructure Engineering, Preferably In The Financial Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Networking, Operating Systems, And Virtualization Technologies.

  • Experience With Cloud Computing Platforms, Such As Aws Or Azure.

  • Excellent Problem-Solving And Troubleshooting Skills, With The Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment.
