We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Communications Manager to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape and drive the internal communications strategy for our Human Resources department, ensuring effective and timely communication of important updates, policies and initiatives to our diverse employee population.   1. Develop and implement an internal communications strategy for the Human Resources department, in alignment with the overall company communication strategy.
  2. Create engaging and informative communications materials, including newsletters, emails, presentations, and videos, to effectively communicate important updates, policies, and initiatives to employees.
  3. Collaborate with various stakeholders, including HR leaders and subject matter experts, to gather information and ensure accuracy and consistency in all communication materials.
  4. Manage and maintain various communication channels, such as the company intranet, email distribution lists, and social media platforms, to ensure timely and effective delivery of messages.
  5. Monitor and analyze employee feedback and engagement to continuously improve the internal communication strategy and tactics.
  6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to understand their communication needs and align HR communication efforts accordingly.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in internal communication, and proactively propose new ideas and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and communication.
  8. Act as a brand ambassador for the Human Resources department, ensuring all communication materials are aligned with the company's values and brand identity.
  9. Plan and execute internal events and campaigns to support HR initiatives and promote a positive and inclusive work culture.
  10. Train and support HR employees on effective communication techniques to ensure consistent and impactful messaging across all levels of the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Communications, Public Relations, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Communications Role, Preferably In The Financial Industry.

  • Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Information To Various Stakeholders.

  • Knowledge And Understanding Of Human Resources Policies, Procedures, And Best Practices.

  • Strong Project Management Skills With The Ability To Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously And Meet Tight Deadlines.
