  1. Conduct regular and in-depth research to understand the evolving needs and expectations of our employees.
  2. Utilize data analysis and market trends to identify opportunities for innovative HR product development.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, technology, and business leaders to develop and execute effective product strategies.
  4. Serve as a subject matter expert on HR products and services, providing guidance and support to internal stakeholders.
  5. Lead the ideation, development, testing, and implementation of new HR products and enhancements.
  6. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our employee personas and their unique needs to inform product decisions.
  7. Proactively collect and analyze feedback from employees to continuously improve and evolve our HR products.
  8. Communicate product updates and changes to employees in a clear and effective manner.
  9. Monitor and report on the success of HR products, using data to make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
  10. Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to ensure our HR products remain competitive and relevant.
  11. Mentor and coach junior team members to support their growth and development.
  12. Foster a culture of customer-centricity and continuous improvement within the HR product team.
  13. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to leverage their expertise and resources in developing and delivering HR products.
  14. Represent the company and its HR products at industry events and conferences.
  15. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulations while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Hr Product Development And Management, With A Minimum Of 10 Years In A Senior Leadership Role.

  • In-Depth Understanding Of The Financial Services Industry And The Unique Hr Needs And Challenges Within This Sector.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Launching And Managing Hr Products, With A Strong Focus On Listening To And Addressing The Needs Of Both Internal And External Stakeholders.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Address Potential Roadblocks In The Development And Implementation Of Hr Products.
