  1. Develop and implement an enterprise agility strategy for the HR department at J.P. Morgan Chase & Co.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive organizational change and foster a culture of agility.
  3. Utilize your expertise in change management and agile methodologies to guide and support the transformation of HR processes and practices.
  4. Lead and facilitate discussions and workshops with key stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans for implementing agile practices.
  5. Communicate the benefits of agility and the importance of the transformation to employees at all levels of the organization.
  6. Identify and address potential roadblocks to the adoption of agile practices and develop strategies to overcome them.
  7. Monitor and track progress and effectiveness of the enterprise agility strategy, making adjustments as needed.
  8. Provide training and support to HR team members on agile methodologies and practices.
  9. Act as a champion for agile practices, promoting their use and benefits throughout the organization.
  10. Stay informed on industry best practices and trends in agile methodologies to continually improve and evolve the enterprise agility strategy.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Hr And Talent Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 5-7 Years Of Experience In A Hr Leadership Role, With A Proven Track Record In Developing And Implementing Talent Management Strategies.

  • Strong Understanding Of Agile Methodologies: As An Hr Enterprise Agility Lead, The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Agile Principles And Methodologies, Such As Scrum And Kanban, And Be Able To Apply Them To Hr Processes And Initiatives.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills: This Role Would Require The Candidate To Work Closely With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders, Therefore Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills Are Essential.

  • Change Management Expertise: The Hr Enterprise Agility Lead Should Have A Strong Background In Change Management, With The Ability To Lead And Manage Organizational Transformations And Drive Adoption Of New Agile Practices And Mindsets.

  • Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Abilities: The Candidate Should Be Able To Think Strategically And Identify Opportunities To Improve Hr Processes And Drive Business Outcomes Through Agile Practices. Strong Problem-Solving Skills And A Data-Driven Mindset Are Also Critical For Success In This Role.
