- Develop and implement an enterprise agility strategy for the HR department at J.P. Morgan Chase & Co.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive organizational change and foster a culture of agility.
- Utilize your expertise in change management and agile methodologies to guide and support the transformation of HR processes and practices.
- Lead and facilitate discussions and workshops with key stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans for implementing agile practices.
- Communicate the benefits of agility and the importance of the transformation to employees at all levels of the organization.
- Identify and address potential roadblocks to the adoption of agile practices and develop strategies to overcome them.
- Monitor and track progress and effectiveness of the enterprise agility strategy, making adjustments as needed.
- Provide training and support to HR team members on agile methodologies and practices.
- Act as a champion for agile practices, promoting their use and benefits throughout the organization.
- Stay informed on industry best practices and trends in agile methodologies to continually improve and evolve the enterprise agility strategy.
Extensive Experience In Hr And Talent Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 5-7 Years Of Experience In A Hr Leadership Role, With A Proven Track Record In Developing And Implementing Talent Management Strategies.
Strong Understanding Of Agile Methodologies: As An Hr Enterprise Agility Lead, The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Agile Principles And Methodologies, Such As Scrum And Kanban, And Be Able To Apply Them To Hr Processes And Initiatives.
