In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support on financial crimes compliance controls to various business units within the company.   1. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of financial crimes compliance regulations and industry best practices.
  2. Provide expert guidance and support to business units on financial crimes compliance controls, including risk assessments, policies, and procedures.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential financial crime risks.
  4. Monitor and review existing financial crime controls, identify areas for improvement, and recommend corrective actions.
  5. Conduct regular training and awareness programs to educate employees on financial crimes compliance and regulatory requirements.
  6. Stay updated on emerging financial crime threats and trends, and proactively develop strategies to address them.
  7. Lead and participate in compliance audits and reviews, ensuring any identified issues are promptly addressed.
  8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior management, to promote a culture of compliance.
  9. Ensure all financial crime compliance activities are documented and reported accurately and timely.
  10. Act as a subject matter expert on financial crimes compliance controls and provide support and guidance to colleagues as needed.
  11. Collaborate with external stakeholders, such as regulators and law enforcement agencies, to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve financial crimes compliance controls to enhance their effectiveness and efficiency.
  13. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
  14. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  15. Uphold the company's reputation and brand by adhering to high ethical standards and promoting a culture of compliance.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Financial Crimes Compliance Or Related Field

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Global Financial Regulations And Laws, Including Aml, Kyc, And Sanctions

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
