- Act as a brand ambassador for J.P. Morgan Chase & Co, promoting our values and commitment to exceptional client service
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to promote and sell our Foreign Exchange services
- Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends to effectively identify and target potential clients
- Collaborate with team members to create and implement sales strategies to drive growth and success in the Foreign Exchange business
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their specific requirements
- Actively participate in client meetings and presentations to showcase our services and capabilities
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries and addressing any concerns or issues
- Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue goals of the Foreign Exchange division
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of sales activities and client interactions using our CRM system
- Continuously enhance product knowledge and stay updated on changes in the financial industry to effectively promote and sell our services.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Business Administration Or A Related Field
Previous Experience In Sales Or Customer Service, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry
Strong Understanding Of Foreign Exchange Products And Services
Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients, As Well As Identify And Pursue New Business Opportunities.
