Welcome to J.P. Morgan Chase & Co! We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Foreign Exchange Services Sales Associate. In this role, you will have the opportunity to utilize your knowledge and expertise in the foreign exchange market to drive sales and build relationships with our clients. Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field- Minimum of 2 years of experience in foreign exchange sales or trading- Strong understanding of FX market and products- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

  1. Utilize knowledge and expertise in the foreign exchange market to drive sales and revenue for the company.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and understanding their needs.
  3. Stay up-to-date on market trends, news, and developments in the foreign exchange industry to effectively advise clients and identify potential sales opportunities.
  4. Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement effective sales strategies and achieve team goals.
  5. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients and expand the company's customer base.
  6. Meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.
  7. Utilize a consultative sales approach to understand and address the unique needs of each client.
  8. Provide timely and accurate information to clients regarding foreign exchange products, services, and pricing.
  9. Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services and effectively communicate their value to clients.
  10. Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate new business leads.
  11. Collaborate with internal teams such as trading, operations, and compliance to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of services to clients.
  12. Comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to foreign exchange services.
  13. Continuously develop and improve knowledge and skills through training, workshops, and other learning opportunities.
  14. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
  15. Strive to achieve personal and professional growth within the company.
