- Manage and oversee all fixed income repo trading activity for J.P. Morgan Chase & Co.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of all fixed income repo transactions.
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements related to fixed income repo trading.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategies for optimizing fixed income repo trading activity.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends and provide insights to inform trading decisions.
- Monitor and manage risk associated with fixed income repo trading.
- Communicate with clients and external stakeholders regarding fixed income repo trading activity.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within the firm.
- Train and mentor junior team members on fixed income repo trading processes and procedures.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulations related to fixed income repo trading.
- Participate in the development and enhancement of trading systems and processes.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely settlement of fixed income repo transactions.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to fixed income repo trading activity.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements in fixed income repo trading.
- Represent J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. as a knowledgeable and professional expert in fixed income repo trading.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Financial Institution, Preferably In A Fixed Income Or Treasury Department.
Strong Understanding Of Fixed Income Products, Including Repos, Securities Lending, And Derivatives.
Excellent Analytical Skills And Attention To Detail.
Familiarity With Relevant Regulations And Compliance Requirements, Such As Dodd-Frank And Basel Iii.
