  1. Develop and implement financial strategies to support the overall goals and objectives of J.P. Morgan Chase & Co.
  2. Lead and manage the financial planning and analysis function, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  3. Analyze financial data and provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership regarding business performance and opportunities for improvement.
  4. Collaborate with business leaders to understand their financial needs and provide guidance and support in achieving their goals.
  5. Monitor and track key financial metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  6. Conduct thorough financial analysis, including scenario planning and sensitivity analysis, to inform business decisions and support strategic initiatives.
  7. Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting and planning processes.
  8. Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and reports, adhering to accounting principles and company policies.
  9. Lead and mentor a team of financial analysts, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities.
  10. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in financial planning and analysis, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement within the department.
  11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of financial planning and analysis activities.
  12. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment and support for financial initiatives.
  13. Provide timely and accurate financial information and analysis to support decision-making at all levels of the organization.
  14. Monitor and report on financial performance against budget and forecast, identifying and addressing any variances.
  15. Communicate complex financial information in a clear and concise manner to various stakeholders, including senior leadership and external partners.
  16. Participate in strategic planning and business development activities, providing financial expertise and insights to support growth and profitability.
  17. Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing financial insights and recommendations to support business objectives.
  18. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies related to financial reporting and analysis.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Economics, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Financial Planning And Analysis, Preferably In The Banking Or Financial Services Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Financial Modeling, Forecasting, And Budgeting.

  • Proven Leadership Experience, With The Ability To Manage And Develop A Team.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Influence Cross-Functional Teams.
