  1. Develop and lead the overall financial strategy for the organization, working closely with senior leadership to align with company goals and objectives.

  3. Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the FP&A department, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data and provide strategic recommendations for improving financial performance.
  5. Conduct thorough financial analysis and create comprehensive reports and presentations for senior leadership and external stakeholders.
  6. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies, making any necessary adjustments to financial plans and strategies.
  7. Lead and mentor a team of financial analysts, providing guidance and support to drive their professional development and overall success.
  8. Stay up-to-date on market trends, economic developments, and industry best practices to inform financial strategy and decision-making.
  9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, to support the organization's financial goals.
  10. Continuously improve and streamline financial processes and systems to increase efficiency and accuracy within the FP&A department.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Financial Analysis Experience: A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Financial Analysis, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Executing Financial Planning And Analysis Initiatives.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: Ability To Manage And Lead A Team Of Financial Analysts, Providing Guidance, Direction, And Support To Drive Results And Achieve Business Objectives.

  • Strategic Thinking: A Deep Understanding Of The Financial Industry, Market Trends, And Competitive Landscape, With The Ability To Develop And Implement Strategic Plans To Drive Business Growth.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills: Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills To Effectively Articulate Complex Financial Information To Various Stakeholders, Including Senior Management, Clients, And Team Members.

  • Advanced Financial Modeling And Data Analysis Skills: Proficiency In Financial Modeling, Forecasting, And Data Analysis, With A Strong Understanding Of Financial Systems And Tools Such As Sap, Hyperion, And Excel.
