  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for events and sponsorships that aligns with the overall goals and objectives of J.P. Morgan Chase & Co.
  2. Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of all events and sponsorships, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and secure appropriate event and sponsorship opportunities that support business objectives.
  4. Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and partners to ensure seamless execution of events and sponsorships.
  5. Develop and maintain event and sponsorship budgets, track expenses, and provide regular updates to leadership.
  6. Develop and implement policies and procedures for event and sponsorship management, ensuring compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
  7. Conduct risk assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies for all events and sponsorships.
  8. Lead and mentor a team of event and sponsorship coordinators to ensure effective and efficient delivery of events and sponsorships.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in event and sponsorship management to continuously improve processes and deliver innovative experiences.
  10. Monitor and report on the success and impact of events and sponsorships, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Managing Events And Sponsorships, Preferably In The Financial Industry

  • Strong Project Management Skills And Ability To Manage Multiple Events Simultaneously

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Work With Internal Teams, External Partners, And Clients

  • Knowledge Of Financial Regulations And Compliance Requirements Related To Events And Sponsorships.
