- Develop new ETF product ideas and strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the ETF industry.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to understand client needs and develop products that meet those needs.
- Manage the entire product development process from concept to launch, ensuring timely and successful execution.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing ETF products and make recommendations for improvements or adjustments.
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments and regulations related to ETFs and incorporate them into product development strategies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and regulators.
- Lead product training and education initiatives for internal teams and external clients.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure all products and processes are in line with regulatory requirements.
- Provide regular updates and reports on product performance and market trends to senior management.
- Mentor and coach junior team members to develop their skills and knowledge in the ETF industry.
- Continuously seek ways to improve and innovate ETF product offerings to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
- Represent the company at industry conferences and events to promote our ETF products and build relationships with potential clients.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Product Development, Preferably In The Etf Industry.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Financial Markets And Understanding Of Etf Products And Their Underlying Assets.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Launching And Managing Etf Products.
Strong Analytical And Strategic Thinking Skills, With The Ability To Identify Market Trends And Develop Innovative Product Ideas.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Drive Product Development Initiatives.
