As an Enterprise Agility Coach, you will play a crucial role in helping us achieve our goal of becoming an agile organization. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced individual who is passionate about promoting agility and helping teams and leaders embrace change. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement and drive the adoption of agile methodologies. If you have a deep understanding of agile principles and are driven to make a meaningful impact, we want you on our team.

  1. Develop and implement strategies to promote enterprise agility and drive the adoption of agile methodologies within the organization.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement agile practices to increase efficiency and productivity.
  3. Educate and train team members and leaders on agile principles and practices to help them embrace change and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
  4. Act as a coach and mentor for teams and leaders, providing guidance and support to help them successfully implement agile methodologies.
  5. Conduct regular assessments and provide feedback to teams and leaders on their progress and areas for improvement in adopting agile practices.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in enterprise agility and incorporate them into the organization's strategies.
  7. Identify and address any challenges or roadblocks in the organization's agile transformation journey.
  8. Foster a collaborative and inclusive working environment to promote agile values and principles.
  9. Act as a change agent, promoting and advocating for agile practices and methodologies throughout the organization.
  10. Monitor and track the impact of agile practices on the organization's overall performance and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Agile Methodologies: Candidates For This Role Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Agile Principles And Methodologies, Such As Scrum, Kanban, And Lean. They Should Also Have Experience Implementing Agile Practices In Large Organizations.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: As An Enterprise Agility Coach, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Leading And Guiding Teams Through The Agile Transformation Process. They Should Possess Strong Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Influence And Motivate Others Towards Change.

  • Excellent Communication And Facilitation Skills: This Role Requires Frequent Communication With Various Stakeholders, Including Executives, Managers, And Team Members. The Ideal Candidate Should Be Able To Effectively Communicate Complex Concepts And Facilitate Discussions To Drive Alignment And Progress.

  • Experience In Banking Or Financial Services: J.p. Morgan Chase & Co. Is A Global Financial Institution, And Experience In The Banking Or Financial Services Industry Is Highly Desirable For This Role. Candidates Should Have A Strong Understanding Of The Industry And Its Unique Challenges.

  • Agile Coaching Certifications: While Not A Requirement, Having Certifications Such As Certified Scrummaster (Csm), Certified Scrum Professional (Csp), Or Safe Agilist (Sa) Can Demonstrate A Candidate's Knowledge And Commitment To Agile Practices And Methodologies.
