- Develop and implement an enterprise-wide agile strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Foster a culture of agility by promoting and advocating for agile principles and values across all levels of the organization.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify and prioritize areas for agile transformation and improvement.
- Provide hands-on coaching and guidance to teams and leaders on agile methodologies, frameworks, and best practices.
- Conduct training and workshops to educate employees on agile principles, roles, and responsibilities.
- Monitor and track progress towards agile adoption and provide regular updates and recommendations to senior management.
- Identify and address potential roadblocks or challenges to agile transformation and provide solutions to overcome them.
- Act as a change agent by promoting continuous improvement and driving cultural change towards a more agile, customer-centric mindset.
- Collaborate with other agile coaches and scrum masters to share best practices and lessons learned.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in agile methodologies and bring new ideas and innovations to the organization.
Extensive Experience In Agile Methodologies: The Enterprise Agility Coach At J.p. Morgan Chase & Co. Should Have A Deep Understanding And Practical Experience In Various Agile Methodologies Such As Scrum, Kanban, And Safe. They Should Be Able To Guide Teams In Implementing These Methodologies And Adapting Them To The Organization's Specific Needs.
Strong Leadership And Coaching Skills: As An Enterprise Agility Coach, The Candidate Should Possess Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Coach And Mentor Individuals And Teams At All Levels Of The Organization. They Should Have A Track Record Of Successfully Leading Agile Transformations And Driving Change In Complex Environments.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills: The Candidate Should Be An Effective Communicator And Collaborator, Able To Work With Diverse Teams And Stakeholders. They Should Be Able To Facilitate Meetings, Workshops, And Training Sessions To Promote Agile Practices And Foster A Culture Of Continuous Improvement.
