  1. Develop and execute go-to-market strategy for new digital products and services in the financial industry.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and lead change within the organization.
  3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and trends in the digital landscape.
  4. Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market insights and business goals.
  5. Partner with product development teams to ensure successful and timely delivery of new products.
  6. Lead the launch of new digital products and services, including defining target audience, messaging, and marketing campaigns.
  7. Develop pricing and packaging strategies for new products and services.
  8. Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations for product enhancements.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and competition to inform product strategy and positioning.
  10. Collaborate with sales and business development teams to drive adoption and revenue growth for digital products and services.
  11. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
  12. Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to junior product managers on the team.
  13. Act as a customer advocate, ensuring that products are designed and delivered with the customer in mind.
  14. Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Product Management, Preferably In A Digital Transformation Or Technology-Driven Environment.

  • Strong Understanding Of Digital Technologies And Their Impact On Business Operations And Customer Experience.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Launching And Managing Digital Products, Including Developing Go-To-Market Strategies And Driving Revenue Growth.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Cross-Functionally With Teams Such As Engineering, Sales, And Marketing.
