  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive digital product strategy for private market clients in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  2. Lead the ideation, design, development, and launch of innovative digital solutions that meet the evolving needs of private market clients.
  3. Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the digital private markets landscape.
  4. Collaborate with key stakeholders to define product vision, roadmap, and priorities, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
  5. Manage the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch, including product planning, development, testing, and post-launch maintenance.
  6. Define and track key performance metrics and regularly report on product performance to senior management.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies to drive continuous product improvement and innovation.
  8. Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation within the team to drive creativity and efficiency in product development.
  9. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, to gather feedback and insights to inform product development.
  10. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in all product development and implementation processes.
  11. Develop and manage product budgets and allocate resources effectively to achieve business objectives.
  12. Mentor and guide junior team members, providing support and guidance in their professional growth and development.
