
Digital Channels Product Manager

- Develop and implement strategic plans for digital banking channels, in alignment with the overall company strategy.
- Identify and prioritize key features and functionalities for digital channels, based on market research, customer needs and feedback, and competitive analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technology, design, marketing, and operations to ensure timely and successful launch of new digital products and features.
- Monitor and analyze digital channel performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations for enhancement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in digital banking to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
- Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and behaviors, and use customer insights to inform product development and optimization.
- Lead and participate in user testing and feedback sessions to gather insights and validate product ideas.
- Develop and manage product roadmaps, ensuring timely delivery of features and enhancements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment and buy-in for digital channel initiatives.
- Develop and manage budgets for digital channel projects and campaigns.
- Communicate product updates, launches, and performance to internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Train and educate cross-functional teams on digital channel products and features.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues related to digital channel products.
- Foster a customer-centric culture and mindset within the team and the organization.
- Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and optimization of digital channel products and processes.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Product Management, Preferably In Digital Channels Or Financial Services Industry
Strong Understanding Of Digital Banking Products And Technology, Including Mobile Apps, Online Banking, And Digital Payments
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Launching And Managing Digital Products, From Ideation To Launch And Beyond
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Cross-Functionally And Manage Stakeholders At All Levels Within The Organization.
