  1. Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for the CRM platform, aligning with the overall business objectives and goals.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, and sales, to ensure the CRM platform meets the needs of all stakeholders.
  3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improving the CRM platform and enhancing the customer experience.
  4. Define and prioritize the product backlog, making data-driven decisions to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
  5. Work closely with IT teams to ensure timely delivery of new features and enhancements, while also managing the budget and resources for the CRM platform.
  6. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations to senior management.
  7. Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations, as well as industry best practices.
  8. Continuously monitor the competitive landscape and identify areas for differentiation and improvement.
  9. Develop and deliver training and support materials for internal users of the CRM platform.
  10. Foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
