  1. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and profitability of the credit trading business.
  2. Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the credit trading business, including risk management, trade execution, and P&L.
  3. Collaborate with senior leadership to set and achieve business goals and targets.
  4. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for business growth.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and other key stakeholders.
  6. Manage and mentor a team of credit traders, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  7. Establish and maintain strong risk management practices to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  8. Monitor and analyze business performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
  9. Communicate regularly with senior management to provide updates on business performance, risks, and opportunities.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry developments and changes in market conditions, proactively adapting strategies to remain competitive.
  11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, research, and operations, to ensure seamless execution and delivery of services to clients.
  12. Drive a culture of excellence and innovation within the credit trading business, constantly seeking ways to improve processes and drive efficiency.
  13. Support the development and implementation of new products and services to meet client demands and enhance the business's offerings.
  14. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
  15. Represent the credit trading business in meetings and presentations with clients, regulators, and other external parties.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Economics, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Credit Trading Or Fixed Income Markets

  • Strong Understanding Of Credit Products, Including Bonds, Loans, And Derivatives

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing A Team And Driving Business Growth

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Stakeholders.
