  1. Develop and implement strategic plans to grow the credit trading business in line with the company's overall objectives.
  2. Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the credit trading business, including trade execution, risk management, and compliance.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service.
  4. Monitor market trends and developments to identify potential business opportunities and risks.
  5. Collaborate with other departments within the company, such as sales, research, and technology, to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  6. Analyze financial data and provide insights to enhance the business's performance and profitability.

  11. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote the business and build new relationships.
  12. Foster a positive and collaborative work culture within the team and across the organization.
  13. Follow all company policies and procedures and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  14. Continuously develop and enhance knowledge and skills in credit trading and financial markets to stay ahead of industry trends.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Economics, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Credit Trading Or Related Financial Industry

  • Strong Understanding Of Credit Products And Markets, Including Fixed Income, Derivatives, And Structured Credit

  • Excellent Leadership And Management Skills, With The Ability To Oversee And Mentor A Team Of Traders And Analysts

  • Proficiency In Financial Analysis And Risk Management, With A Track Record Of Successful Portfolio Management And Trading Strategies.
