  1. Oversee the Corporate Health program and ensure that all employees have access to high-quality healthcare services.
  2. Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote employee health and wellness.
  3. Provide leadership and guidance to a team of corporate health nurses, ensuring they are fulfilling their roles effectively and efficiently.
  4. Collaborate with HR and management to develop strategies for promoting a healthy and safe work environment.
  5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations and ensure compliance within the organization.
  6. Conduct health assessments and screenings for employees and provide appropriate recommendations for treatment and follow-up care.
  7. Monitor and track employee health data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the Corporate Health program.
  8. Develop and deliver training programs for employees on topics such as injury prevention, stress management, and overall health and wellness.
  9. Serve as a resource for employees regarding health-related concerns and provide referrals to outside healthcare providers as needed.
  10. Collaborate with external healthcare providers and vendors to ensure the delivery of high-quality services and programs for employees.
  11. Participate in the development and maintenance of the organization's emergency response and crisis management plans.
  12. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA regulations when handling employee health information.
  13. Stay informed about current healthcare trends and best practices in corporate health and make recommendations for program enhancements.
  14. Foster a positive and supportive work environment for all employees, promoting a culture of health and wellness.
  15. Uphold the mission and values of J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. through the delivery of exceptional care to employees.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Nursing Or A Related Field, With A Current Registered Nurse (Rn) License.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Occupational Health Or Employee Health Management.

  • Strong Leadership And Supervisory Skills, With Proven Experience In Managing A Team Of Healthcare Professionals.

  • Knowledge Of Corporate Health And Wellness Best Practices, As Well As Regulatory Requirements And Compliance Standards.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Various Stakeholders, Including Senior Management, Hr, And External Healthcare Providers.
