  1. Oversee and manage the corporate health program for J.P. Morgan Chase & Co., ensuring that employees have access to high-quality healthcare services.
  2. Develop and implement health and wellness initiatives to promote a healthy and safe work environment.
  3. Collaborate with various stakeholders, including HR, management, and external healthcare providers, to ensure the successful delivery of the corporate health program.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Nursing Or Related Field

  • Active Rn License In The State Of Employment

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Occupational Health Or Employee Wellness

  • Prior Supervisory Or Leadership Experience In A Healthcare Setting

  • Knowledge Of Osha Regulations, Workers' Compensation, And Disability Management Processes
