As a member of our Control Management team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our products and services meet our clients' needs while also adhering to regulatory requirements.   1. Develop and maintain the overall control management strategy and roadmap for the organization's products and services.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all products and services meet regulatory requirements and adhere to control frameworks.
  3. Conduct regular risk assessments and identify areas for improvement in product design, development, and implementation.
  4. Monitor and track control deficiencies and work with the appropriate stakeholders to develop and implement remediation plans.
  5. Serve as the primary point of contact for control management related issues and provide guidance and support to the team.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and regulatory changes to ensure that controls are effective and in line with industry standards.
  7. Communicate control management updates and progress to senior management and other stakeholders.
  8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners to ensure a collaborative and efficient approach to control management.
  9. Participate in audits and examinations to provide support and evidence of control management processes.
  10. Continuously review and improve control management processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  11. Conduct training and awareness programs to educate employees on control management principles and their roles and responsibilities.
  12. Monitor and report on key performance indicators and metrics related to control management to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  13. Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to other teams within the organization on control management-related matters.
  14. Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by senior management.
  15. Uphold the organization's values and culture and promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
