Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Compensation Manager, Vice President to join our team at J.P. Morgan Chase & Co.   1. Develop and implement compensation programs and strategies that align with the overall goals and objectives of J.P. Morgan Chase & Co.
  2. Analyze market data and trends to ensure competitive and fair compensation packages for employees.
  3. Partner with senior leaders to understand their business needs and provide expert guidance on compensation matters.
  4. Lead the design and execution of annual compensation processes, including salary planning, bonus programs, and equity compensation.
  5. Monitor and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
  6. Oversee the administration of all compensation programs, including job evaluations, salary surveys, and incentive plans.
  7. Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and consistency in compensation practices across the organization.
  8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with external vendors and consultants to stay current on industry best practices.
  9. Lead a team of compensation professionals, providing guidance, mentoring, and coaching to drive high performance.
  10. Collaborate with HR and business leaders to develop and implement total rewards strategies to attract, retain, and motivate top talent.
  11. Prepare and present compensation-related reports and recommendations to senior leadership.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve compensation programs to ensure they are aligned with the changing needs of the organization.
  13. Stay informed on industry trends and developments, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement or innovation in compensation practices.
  14. Serve as a subject matter expert on compensation matters, providing guidance and support to HR and business leaders.
  15. Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive compensation information with discretion and professionalism.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Compensation Management, With At Least 3-5 Years In A Leadership Role.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Compensation Practices, Laws, And Regulations, As Well As Market Trends And Best Practices.

  • Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Competitive And Effective Compensation Strategies.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Use Data To Make Informed Decisions And Recommendations.
