- Negotiate complex payment transactions: As a Payments Negotiation Attorney, you will be responsible for negotiating complex payment transactions on behalf of J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. This includes reviewing and analyzing legal agreements, assessing risk, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide legal counsel: You will serve as a trusted advisor to our clients, providing them with legal counsel and guidance on payment transactions. This includes identifying potential legal issues and providing solutions to mitigate risks.
- Stay updated on industry regulations: It will be your responsibility to stay updated on the constantly changing regulations and laws related to commercial banking and payments. You will need to ensure that our clients' transactions are in compliance with these regulations.
