As an Integration Specialist, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining relationships with our commercial bank clients and ensuring their seamless integration into our systems.   1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial bank clients to ensure their satisfaction and seamless integration into J.P. Morgan Chase & Co.'s systems.
  2. Serve as a main point of contact for clients during the integration process, addressing any questions or concerns that may arise.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technology and commercial banking teams, to ensure a smooth and efficient integration process.
  4. Create and maintain project plans and timelines to ensure all integration tasks are completed on schedule.
  5. Identify and troubleshoot any potential issues or roadblocks during the integration process, proactively finding solutions to minimize impact on clients.
  6. Communicate progress and updates to both internal and external stakeholders, including senior management and clients.
  7. Conduct training and provide support to commercial bank clients on using J.P. Morgan Chase & Co.'s systems and tools.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the integration process and enhance client experiences.
  9. Proactively identify opportunities to enhance and streamline the integration process, making recommendations for process improvements.
  10. Demonstrate a strong understanding of commercial banking and technology to effectively support clients and address any technical issues that may arise.
  11. Collaborate with sales and relationship management teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and potential clients.
  12. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  13. Serve as a brand ambassador for J.P. Morgan Chase & Co., promoting our values and commitment to exceptional client service.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In System Integration, Preferably In The Banking Industry.

  • Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As Java, C++, And Sql.

  • Experience With Commercial Banking Systems And Platforms, Such As T24 Or Finastra Fusion.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve Complex Integration Issues.
