- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and success with our services.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and addressing any concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues that may arise, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with various departments within the company to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, going above and beyond to meet their needs and concerns.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and information in our systems.
- Monitor client accounts and identify opportunities for growth and upselling of services.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their satisfaction and gather feedback for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes, and communicate relevant information to clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to onboard new clients and ensure a smooth transition.
- Consistently meet and exceed performance metrics related to client satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the company's products and services, and effectively communicate their value to clients.
- Act as an ambassador for the company, representing our brand and values in all interactions with clients.
- Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to enhance the overall client experience.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Client Service Or Account Management, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Financial Products And Services Offered By J.p. Morgan Chase & Co.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Strong Relationships With Clients.
