  1. Develop and maintain strong and productive relationships with key clients to drive business growth and revenue.
  2. Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Promote and market J.P. Morgan Chase & Co.'s financial products and services to clients.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
  6. Develop and implement strategies to strengthen existing client relationships and expand the company's client base.
  7. Conduct regular meetings and presentations with clients to review their financial needs and provide suitable solutions.
  8. Monitor and analyze client performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
  9. Negotiate and close deals with clients to achieve sales targets.
  10. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and reports.
  11. Communicate effectively with team members and management to share feedback and suggest improvements.
  12. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and increase visibility.
  13. Adhere to all company policies and procedures and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
  14. Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and exceed client expectations.
  15. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that client needs are met efficiently and effectively.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Customer-Facing Role, Preferably In The Financial Industry.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients.

  • Knowledge Of Financial Products And Services Offered By J.p. Morgan Chase & Co.

  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting Sales Targets And Driving Business Growth.
