We are currently seeking an experienced and results-driven Biometrics Payments & Strategy, Product Director to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of payments by developing and executing our biometrics strategy and product roadmap.   1. Develop and implement a comprehensive biometrics strategy for payments, in alignment with the overall company goals and objectives.
  2. Create and manage a product roadmap for biometric payments, identifying key milestones and deliverables, and ensuring timely and successful execution.
  3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the biometrics and payments industry, and make recommendations for product enhancements and new product development.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technology, sales, marketing, and operations to ensure alignment and successful implementation of the biometrics strategy and product roadmap.
  5. Stay updated on industry developments and advancements in biometric technology, and leverage this knowledge to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
  6. Lead and mentor a team of product managers and other professionals to ensure high-quality execution and delivery of biometric payments solutions.
  7. Work closely with external partners and vendors to identify and establish strategic partnerships, and evaluate potential acquisitions or investments that align with the biometrics strategy.
  8. Develop and manage budgets for biometrics payments initiatives, and track and report on key performance metrics to assess the success and effectiveness of the strategy and products.
  9. Collaborate with compliance and legal teams to ensure all biometric payments products and services are in compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  10. Represent the company at industry events and conferences, and serve as a subject matter expert on biometric payments, showcasing the company's thought leadership and expertise in the field.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Biometrics Technology: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Biometric Authentication Methods, Including Facial Recognition, Fingerprint Scanning, And Voice Recognition. They Should Also Have A Strong Knowledge Of Industry Trends And Innovations In This Field.

  • Proven Track Record In Product Development: The Candidate Should Have A Successful History Of Developing And Launching Biometric Payment Products, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry. This Includes Experience In Defining Product Strategy, Identifying Market Opportunities, And Managing Product Lifecycles.

  • Strong Strategic Thinking Skills: As A Product Director, The Candidate Must Have The Ability To Think Strategically And Develop Long-Term Plans For Biometric Payments. This Includes Market Analysis, Competitive Assessment, And Identifying Growth Opportunities.

  • Excellent Project Management Skills: The Candidate Should Be Able To Effectively Manage Multiple Projects And Initiatives Simultaneously, Ensuring That They Are Completed On Time And Within Budget. This Requires Strong Organizational And Communication Skills, As Well As The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Knowledge Of Regulatory Landscape: The Candidate Should Have A Solid Understanding Of The Regulatory Landscape Surrounding Biometric Payments, Including Compliance Requirements And Potential Legal Implications.
